Q: My spa will not go to the set temperature?
A: Is the hot tub in the “standard mode”? Is the filter clean? Is there an error message? Is the cover (top) on?

Q: How often should I change my water?
A: About every 3-4 months, depending on usage.

Q: Why is my water cloudy?
A: Is the filter clean? Is the water chemistry in balance? When is the last time the water was changed? The water should be changed every 3-4 months.

Q: Do you offer spa cleaning?
A: Yes, to clean the spa we drain the spa, clean the shell, filter and refill the spa. Then we run it to make sure everything is in working order. We recommend this service every 3-4 months for optimal spa performance.
