1.   What does Central Jersey Pools do? We are a single store retail store selling pools, spas, outdoor furniture, pool tables, saunas, gazebos, & chemicals. We are a service business offering pool & spa service and installation. We are a pool installer, supervising the installation of both our in ground and above ground pools. We are licensed electricians.

3.   Our jobs are seasonal or year round: we offer both. We are busier in the spring, summer and fall and make an excellent place for teachers & students for a full- or part-time job during their free time. We also employ several employees year- round.
4.   Schedules: We have several departments that work different hours. I’m sure we can accommodate your schedule if you have restrictions of your hours. We are open 7 days a week 52 weeks a year. Our service department starts early at 7:00 am in the summer and our retail is open 10 to 8pm, Monday to Friday and during the day on Weekends. Depending on the job and your restrictions we can try to accommodate your schedule.

7.   What is the minimum age to work at Central Jersey Pools? We have some positions that you can work at age 15, others 16 to 18 and after 18 you can work anywhere. Under 18, you will need your parents & school permission to work, but we’ll help you with that.
8.   What don’t we allow: We are a drug-free workplace & alcohol or hangovers at work are forbidden as well as smoking inside the store. We ask that you use your eating & drinking, outdoor smoking, cell phone, personal internet use on your breaks.
9.   What is important to us? You, using your best judgment. Letting the customer know they’re important and keeping them happy. Safety: we ask you to make sure what you are doing is safe and smart, when in doubt don’t do it. We ask you be responsible, arrive on time, be polite and if you have a question – ask.
