We’ve been using Central Jersey Pools since we moved into our house. They are great! Our home’s previous owners had Central Jersey Pools install and maintain their pools for years prior. We do our yearly opening and closing with them. We’ve had a new liner and a new pool safety fence installed by them. And all were great experiences. Everyone in the store is always so helpful. I am a new customer with Central Jersey Pools and my experience could not have been better.   Elliot has been tremendous in helping me get a pool heater installed, and has covered every scenario, leaving nothing to chance.   in addition, I have been working with Patti on other service work and she is equally as helpful. This was our first time owning a swim spa, so we really needed guidance on both choosing the right model and learning how to properly maintain it. Leon on the sales side was extremely helpful in helping us decide which model was the best fit for us. After purchasing the spa, we did have a couple of issues, none of which were the fault of Central Jersey Pools. Liza H. was incredibly helpful in addressing any concerns and was always great about getting someone out to help us whenever needed. I also can’t write this review without mentioning Raheem, the technician who came out to service our spa whenever we had an issue. He was always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I would say Central Jersey Pools has a top-notch team—from sales to customer service to their technicians. I was referred to central jersey pools by my cousin who previously purchased a hot tub there.Elliot was our salesman and gave us excellent advice and a great deal. I had shopped around and saved a few thousand dollars on a bigger spa I purchased from central jersey pools.Elliot also was available to answer all our questions and concerns about hot tub maintenance. Central Jersey pools is number one! I wish I would have found them sooner! Patty treated me like family, she made sure we had someone at our home immediately to fix our problem. The staff at Central Jersey pool is fantastic!! I had a problem with my pump motor and the whole team, including Patti, Dan, Alexis, and Lisa B all jumped in to help. They even called me just to check on how I was doing with the installation and to see if they could be of any more assistance. I couldn't have been happier! My wife and I went to purchase a pool and went to Central Jersey Pool and we were not disappointed. We were helped in selecting a pool by David Barysh and finished the deal with the help of Lisa Gaveglia. The delivery of the pool was on schedule and the young men who came to deliver it were very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Central Jersey Pool to anyone looking to purchase a pool.
